The above video is a sermon I had to write and preach for my Preaching class this past semester. I was given the topic of Christmas and the scripture out of the lectionary of John 1:1-14. Well, that is not a very "Christmasy" scripture, or is it? Well, upon much meditation of the verse, I came to the conclusion that this verse was the most "Christmasy" of all the verses and it also helped shine a light on the true spirit of Christmas within the stories I thought I already knew as one story.
